Registration

If this is your first time visiting our site and you would like to enrol in our courses, you will need to register for an account. Once this has been completed, you will receive a welcome email and can log in to start taking courses. If you are already Logged In, you will not be able to register again.

Please note: by creating an account you have consented for the collection of the information you have entered.

Once you have registered your account, please review all the information below to assist you on your learning journey. Click on each tab below to learn more.

FAQ’s

Once you have been registered:

  • You will automatically be logged into your participant account. See the My Account Page section.
  • Your will receive a welcome email that contains
    • Information and consent for collection of information
    • A link to edit your profile
Visit the site and click on the Login button in the menu
You will then enter your Username (or Email Address) and Password. Your Username is the same as your email address you registered with.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will automatically be on your private Participant Account page. This is the main page that allows you to click on various buttons.
Information for using all the buttons on this page shown are shown under “What is My Account page?”

You can reset your password in 2 areas on the site if you need to

By clicking on Login and then clicking on the lost password link. A page will open for you to reset your password
By using the My Account button and clicking on Edit Profile. You will then be taken to your Profile page to change your password.
You can update your own Profile information on the My Courses page by clicking on the Edit Profile link, this is for:
  • My community (We advise you not to change this, as your Resources show based on this)
  • Fill in any of the answers to the rest of your Profile questions. These are not required and it is your choice if you would like to complete this profile.
This is your private account (Community Participant Account) that houses your courses, your certificates, your learning journey and where you are in that journey. You can click on any block to:
  • Keep track of your in-progress and complete courses
  • View and download your certificates from completed courses
  • View and download an overview of all your courses
  • View all your saved Resources

Not logged into site

When you first visit the site and you are not logged in, and you click on the Course to view the information, you will see a banner that says: You are not yet enrolled in this course” and a button Login to your Community.

Click on the button to Login and you will automatically be Enrolled in the Course and you can start your course.

Logged into Site

If you are already logged in and you click on a Course to view the information, you will see a banner that says: “You are not yet enrolled in this course” Take This Course.
Click on the button that says Take This Course and you will automatically be Enrolled in the Course and you can start your course.
If you are logged in, you can also see which Courses you are Enrolled in and your Progress if you visit the All Courses page. Blue Ribbons will show on top of the Course Image, there are 3:
  • Free: Means that you have not yet enrolled in the course
  • Enrolled: Means you have enrolled in the course. You may have not started it or it is in progress.
  • Completed: Means you have completed the course. You have also earned a certificate.

Once you have Completed a Course you will earn a Certificate. Your Certificate is generated in PDF format and has a unique certificate number on it. You can only earn 1 Certificate per course.

There are 2 ways you can view your Certificates, either straight away or at a later date.

Instant

As soon as you complete your Course you will see a banner saying you have earned a Certificate.
Click on the button and your Certificate will open for you to Print or save

My Account Page – My Certificates

If you want to go back and view/print or download your Certificate at a later date:
Visit your My Account page
Click on the My Certificates Block
Your certificates will show as buttons for each course. Click on the certificate button you want to print or download.
If you do not see a certificate for a specific course, it means you have not started or completed the course yet.
If you need support while using the site, please fill in the support form. You can access it in 3 ways. You can fill in the form below, or access it from your My Account page.
You must be logged in to submit the form.
Visit your My Account page and click on the Request Support button
You can also use the menu in any of your Account pages and click on the Support Button
You will be taken to a page with a form to fill in to request support
